Rise Partners was founded by Michael Romanek. Michael was previously Director of Alternative Investments for Fortis Bank’s Merchant Banking Division and following was Executive Director of an Alternative Investment Advisory Group.

Having been involved in fund financing for a number of years and having seen projects that could have been managed “better”, the idea behind Rise Partners is to provide a service whereby alternative investment fund management groups can outsource their financing and structured product projects.

Clients include single and multi-manager hedge funds, private equity funds and family offices.
